Its value proposition is defined not only with a good product and impeccable customer service, but also with its logistics, operations, infrastructure, technological development, and supply.

Starbucks bases its strategy on making the customer fall in love with them. Starbucks sells a life experience that invites you to enjoy it and share it with your friends.
